Heavy-duty Commercial torsion springs available in 5-1/4” and 6” inside diameters, built for large sectional and industrial garage doors that operate under demanding conditions. These springs are designed for applications such as warehouses, loading docks, service centers, storage facilities, and other heavy commercial doors where greater lifting capacity and durability are required. Made from oil-tempered spring wire and supplied with properly matched cones, they are built to provide consistent torque and reliable door balance. Because these larger-diameter springs are used on heavier commercial systems, the exact spring must be matched by wire size, inside diameter, relaxed spring length, and wind direction. Left-hand and right-hand wound options are available. Always verify all measurements from the existing spring or door specifications before ordering, as an incorrect spring size can prevent the door from balancing or operating safely.
