The Guardian BEAM Smart Control Kit adds smartphone control and monitoring to compatible garage door openers. It allows users to open and close the garage door remotely, receive real-time status alerts, manage access, and monitor door activity through the BEAM Home app. The kit controls one door, supports an unlimited number of users, and connects to the home Wi-Fi network through a controller mounted near the opener. It is compatible with Guardian and many sectional garage door opener brands manufactured after 1993. Additional features include door-open reminders, auto-close settings, individual notification controls for shared users, automatic firmware updates, and integration with Alexa, IFTTT, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.
