Hinge #4, 14 gauge heavy duty. Only needed on taller doors with five or more sections, positioned between sections 4 and 5. The offset is larger than a #3 because the roller needs more distance from the hinge barrel at that height to track properly through the curve. If your door shakes or binds near the top, check whether the #4 hinges are worn. These heavy duty hinges are a direct replacement, just match the stamped number and hole pattern on the old one.
